Requirements
Must:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als IT-Systemelektroniker, Fachinformatiker oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Client Management, Client Support und Gerätemanagement
- Breit gefächertes IT-Wissen in den Bereichen Hardware, Software, Netzwerk und Betriebssysteme
- Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsvermögen im internen wie externen Kontakt, eigenständige, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist
- Führerschein der Klasse B sowie Bereitschaft, gelegentlich bei der Geräteauslieferung auszuhelfen
Responsibilities
- Konfiguration von komplexen Endgeräten mit hohem Schutzniveau
- Dokumentation von Arbeitsschritten in ITSM-Tools
- Unterstützung der Kunden beim Troubleshooting und bei der technischen Fehlerbehebung
- Umsetzung von Best-Practice-Guidelines im Verantwortungsbereich
